The DMCSI is composed of a hopper and a case, both those and all the screws are made of stainless-steel.Inside the hopper there’s a screw conveyor which continuously moves the grapes toward the rollers. The powerful engine mounted on the side generates a rotatory movement which is transferred to all the mechanisms: the rollers for the crushing, the screw conveyor and the destemming shaft, which works with the extractable stainless-steel grid to separate the grapes from the stems.The rollers and all the gears are made in nylon, material which guarantees reliability and sturdiness.
