Made for the cold pressing of fruit (grape, apple, pomegranate, berries) and some vegetables, it’s used to easily and quickly obtain must, siders, and more. The PEA20 contains up to 20 Lt of product, and is equipped with a 25 Lt air compressor with an operating pressure of 3 bar. The air is filled into the press through a natural rubber sheet, suitable for food contact, which swells and presses the fruit against the wall keeping all the nutritional, antioxidants and physical properties of fruit. It’s entirely made of stainless steel except for the lid and the base which are strongly built in aluminum. The pressure set is protected by a safety valve calibrated to 3 bar.
