Machine for the crushing and destemming of grapes, built with materials of the highest quality.
With its carefully designed structure, it shines for its practicality and easiness of use. The DMA is composed of a funnel hopper and a case, both in enameled steel.
The manual use is allowed by the flywheel which transmits the rotatory movement to the agitator and rollers, resulting in a soft crushing of the grapes. The flywheel is also connected to the destemming shaft, which separates the grapes from the stems through the extractable stainless-steel grid.
The gears and the rollers are entirely made of nylon to ensure sturdiness and durability. The rollers are also adjustable by a few millimeters thanks to the special supports.
