Openable model which allows for an hourly production of 2000 Kg/H. It’s almost entirely built in enameled steel and the large loading bucket makes the loading operation quick and easy.Thanks to the destemming shaft and stainless-steel extractable grid, the grape is separated from the stems; the must is then pumped to the barrel by the powerful stainless steel pump.The functioning of the DVEP20 is due to the electric engine which, through belts and chains, moves all the various mechanism: the upper screw conveyor, the destemming shaft and the lower screw conveyor used to bring the must to the pump.Thanks to the extractable grid and gatefold opening, it is possible to thoroughly clean all parts of the machine. The high-quality supports guarantee high sturdiness and durability. A constant, yet simple maintenance, ensures consistently high performance.
