This model differs from the others because it isn’t openable. However, it still reaches an hourly production of about 2000 Kg/H. It is entirely made from enameled steel save from the stainless-steel grid and pump, and the large loading bucket allows for an easy spilling of the product.The destemming shaft and the extractable grid work together to separate the grapes from the stems; the must is then brought to the barrels by the stainless-steel pump, remarkable for the great size and high quality.A powerful electric engine allows, through belts and chains, for the functioning of all the mechanisms in the DVEP20F; the upper screw conveyor, the destemming shaft and a lower screw conveyor, used to carry the must towards the pump.Thanks to a window on the side and the extractable grid, it is possible to thoroughly clean the interiors of the machine. The quality supports ensure to the entire destalker sturdiness and durability. A constant, yet simple maintenance, can ensure consistent and high performance.
