FULL AUTOMATIC (JAPANESE FUJI CONTROL UNIT)
The CKM6500M Diesel Heated Walnut Dryercontrols the heat and fan force settings automatically. The appropriate setting is made and all control is left to it.
INTELLIGENT DESIGN
Its wheels and drawbar coupling are easy to transport and relocate if required. When it is placed in the appropriate place, it is fixed to the ground by raising its 4 legs. In Walnut Dryer, all details such as sampling cover and cleaning cover are considered.
FAST, ECONOMIC SYSTEM
There is a spiral in Walnut Drying Silo. Walnuts move during drying and high pressure hot air flows from under the silo. The temperature value of this air is automatically controlled according to the internal temperature of the silo and keeps energy consumption to a minimum.
Walnut Drying Machine silo volume is 5200 Liters. 2,5 - 3,0 tons wet walnut dries in the range of 12 - 24 hours depending on the temperature.
