The biggest model in Grifo’s manual grape-crusher, functional and accessible. It’s made of/with high quality materials and care to the details. Stout to ensure long-lasting. has hopper, mixer and screw are stainless still (which gives Hygienic conditions and long lasting) and steel varnished frame. It’s powerful electric motor allows to operate the mechanisms, move the rollers and the pressing’s gears. Rollers and gears are made of nylon to ensure long lasting and avoid food contamination. Specifics supports allows to adjust rollers a few millimeters.
